Weddings & first dance
Your first dance, without the nerves
A few private lessons are all it takes to turn the spotlight moment into one you both enjoy, whether you want a simple, confident sway or full choreography to your song.
Your first dance, choreographed around your song
The first dance is the one moment of the reception when every camera points at the two of you. A few lessons are all it takes to swap the nervous sway for something you are genuinely excited to do together.
We start with your song, or help you choose one, and build from there. Some couples want a simple, confident routine they cannot get wrong. Others want a full choreographed number with an entrance, a dip, and a finale that gets the room on its feet. Both are welcome here, and both start the same way: one private lesson, just the two of you and your instructor.
How the timeline usually works
3–6 months out: the comfortable window. Time to learn, practice, and even add a father–daughter or mother–son dance.
1–2 months out: completely doable, we focus your lessons on one polished routine.
Weeks away: call us. A crash session can still turn the sway into a moment.
Beyond the first dance
Wedding parties, parents, and guests take lessons with us too, group packages before the big day are one of the most fun things we teach. And after the honeymoon, you already know how to dance together. That part lasts a lot longer than the cake.
